The Institute for Social Innovation and Cohesion (Fifty-Fifty) is a distinguished civil society organization committed to empowering individuals, communities and institutions through skills development, performance improvement and knowledge sharing. Founded to address contemporary societal challenges,Fifty-Fifty plays a critical role in shaping a European skills and qualifications

space by harnessing the potential of non-formal education.

Our mission is focused on promoting lifelong learning and supporting transnational initiatives aimed at young people, adult learners and professionals. We are dedicated to implementing innovative solutions at the level of civil society to promote social cohesion and promote an inclusive and just society. Focusing on equal learning opportunities, human rights and the cultivation of entrepreneurship, we aim to enhance personal and professional
development, while strengthening intercultural dialogue and European awareness.

The Fifty Fifty approach is based on working closely with a wide range of public and private actors, including non-governmental organisations, educational institutions, vocational education and training (VET) providers and local municipalities. This collaborative network ensures that our programs are both impactful and relevant on a national and international scale.

We particularly focus on promoting entrepreneurship and professional development through a variety of educational programs and workshops. Our initiatives are designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit, enhance skills and prepare individuals to meet the evolving demands of today’s workforce. In addition, we champion human rights and active citizen participation, striving to educate and engage communities on these critical issues.

Our commitment to cross-cultural dialogue and knowledge sharing is an integral part of our work, as we believe that promoting mutual respect and cooperation between different cultures enriches our collective efforts and broadens our impact.

Over the years, he has successfully organized numerous workshops and seminars covering various areas such as entrepreneurship, human rights and active citizen participation. We also place a high value on volunteer engagement, holding regular training sessions and managing a dedicated team of over 60 volunteers. This reflects our ongoing commitment to community involvement and the importance we place on volunteering as a means of promoting social change.
